These Terms & Conditions govern registration for, and participation in, Dream Again Cricket League ("DACL", "the League", "we", "us"). By registering a team, registering as a player, or using this website, you agree to the terms below. Please replace the placeholder details in this template with your club's finalised rules before publishing.
1. Eligibility
Participation is open to male players aged 35 years and above as on the first day of the applicable season, subject to proof of age verification at registration.
2. Team Registration
Teams must complete registration within the window announced for each season, submit a full and accurate player list, and pay the applicable registration fee. Incomplete or late registrations may be rejected at the League's discretion.
3. Player Conduct
All players, team officials and spectators are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the spirit of the game. Any form of abuse, unfair play or misconduct may result in suspension or disqualification from the season.
4. Match Rules & Scoring
Matches will be conducted under the format, overs and rules published for the active season. Scorecards recorded by the appointed scorers/umpires are considered final for the purposes of league standings and player statistics displayed on this website.
5. Prize Distribution
Prize money is distributed to the winning team(s) and top performers as per the season's prize structure, published separately for each season. The League reserves the right to revise the prize structure before a season begins.
6. Fixture Changes
The League reserves the right to reschedule, relocate or postpone fixtures due to weather, ground availability or other circumstances beyond its control, with reasonable notice to participating teams.
7. Withdrawal & Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable once a season's fixtures have been published, except where the League cancels the season entirely.
8. Limitation of Liability
Participation in League matches is at each player's own risk. The League, its organisers and venue partners are not liable for injuries sustained during matches or practice sessions, except where caused by gross negligence on the organiser's part.
